Nowadays, implantology develops rapidly so we are in a very intriguing stage of discoveries, when new implant placement protocols as well as bone and soft tissue management are being invented or improved existing ones. Even though the new treatment modalities and inventions lead to better prognosis, the main problem remains – posibility of development of periimplantitis . Prevention fo periimplantits will be discused in detais during the lecture .

• Periimplantitis treatment algorithm – when and which treatment decision to take?;
• Periimplantitis treatment: non-surgical treatment and its possibilities;
• Periimplantitis treatment: implantoplasty and bone regeneration possibilities;
• Periimplantitis treatment: implant extraction along with bone and soft tissue regeneration;
• Discussiontwo parts of lecture 1,5 hour + 1,5-3h – depends on demonstration/hands-on and discussion
